Highway to Hobbies

One of the things that I found really helped with my anxiety was hobbies and using something to distract you rather than sitting thinking over everything.  For instance scrapbooking is a great way of being creative and you can even put your thoughts in to the picture you are creating.  For me I love being outside and in the fresh air so that is why I took up photography.  It gets me outside in nature and gets me to use my brain in a different and more creative way, it really helps to relax me down and the rest of my day is a lot more productive.
